Not directly.
Vinivi is neither a travel agent, nor a booking agency. But you can book through our partners (travel agents, tour operators or travel search engines), using the links on top of hotel pages.

What kind of information will you not find on Vinivi ?
The booking of a hotel room or stay
Vinivi does not take any bookings and has no commercial relationship with hotels. That is our warranty of objectivity

Referenced accommodation

Does Vinivi select the hotels that are referenced ?
No. Vinivi references all hotels in all countries. You can also find the hotel about which you'd like to share an experience or of which you'd like to find reviews of others. However, we are not infallible. It is therefore possible to add a hotel or another kind of accommodation, this is free of charge.

I do not see a hotel that I know. Can I add it ?
Yes. And this is free of charge

May I contact an accommodation directly ?
Yes. Vinivi puts all information at your fingertips: you can contact a hotel directly, if it decides to show these details. However, very often, booking through a travel professional (travel agency, tour operator or online booking engine) will enable you to get better rates. For these agencies, it is possible to offer better rates because of the volume of business that they do with a certain establishment. It is up to you to make your choice.

An information about a hotel is incorrect. Can I correct it ?
Yes. Simply click on the link at the bottom of the information section. Thank you for helping Vinivi by updating the information and for contributing to the quality of this community.

Reviews and ratings

Can anyone write a review ?
Yes. If the review is in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, it will be published on Vinivi and made available to the community. As every review will be reread and the email address verified before publication, we thank you for your patience.

What stops a hotel owner writing very good reviews about his hotel ?
You and Us According to our Terms & Conditions, he is not supposed to do so. Saying this, the reviews are re-read before publication and special procedures have been put in force to find any problems. If we find out about a fake review, a special notice will be placed on the hotel page and all reviews will be closed. At the same time, someone who has stayed at the hotel and does not agree with a review is able to give his reaction on it. It is the power of the community: what one misses, the other one can get it!

No. If the review respects our Terms & Conditions, it will stay published on Vinivi. The accommodation is entitled to reply, which will also be published on Vinivi. Other travelers of the community will also be able to give their point of view.

What is the difference between a review and a comment?
At any time you can write a review about the services of any hotel by clicking on the button 'add a review' on the hotel pages or on the homepage.

But you can also leave your comment on a review in order to get an answer to a question that you find important, you can make a suggestion or even ask for advice. The person who has written the review will receive your comment and can reply. The comments are also read before validation.

Can I add my photos?
Of course!
You can add photos when you write a hotel review. Photos really add value to your review, and help other travelers. You can write review here.

Can I add a video?
Yes of course !. Two options: Upload your file Or, paste your Video link (YouTube or other). . To do this, go to the accommodation page, click ‘Add your video’ and follow the steps.

Is it OK to add my travel blog?
Of course !
When you post a review, you can add your Blog url (on the second page). A direct link will be added automatically.
